Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfy with ZYPHOR purchase, our return policy is designed to balance exclusivity with customer care, allows you to return your items within 30 days of receiving them.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Item must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- We recommend trying on shoes indoors to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
- Items must be in their original condition, with no visible signs of wear (no scuffs, dirt, or damage).
- Items with signs of wear or damage may be subject to partial refunds or denied returns.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at return@zyphor.io with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a prepaid return label where applicable.
Packing Returns
Please return items in their original box and packaging, packed securely to prevent damage during shipping. Include all accessories, tags, and paperwork.

United Kingdom:
- Free Returns within 30 days

European Countries & Selected International Locations*:
- Free Returns within 7 days of delivery.

£4.99 return fee for returns made after 7 days but within 30 days.

International Countries:
- £7.99 return fee for returns made within 30 days of delivery.
For UK and selected international countries where returns are free within a certain period, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
For other countries, or returns made outside the free return period. We will provide a return label, the applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at return@zyphor.io so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Promotional or or discounted purchases will be refunded at the price paid, not the original retail price
- Limited edition or exclusive items may be eligible for exchange only, depending on availability.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered production or been dispatched. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at return@zyphor.io.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
