When does production start after I place an order?

Each pair is made to order through our print-to-ship process. Once your purchase is confirmed, production begins. When your pair is complete, we’ll ship it and send you an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs may vary by location.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.

  • United Kingdom: 1 to 3 business days for Express, 5 to 10 for Standard.
  • Europe & selected international countries: 2 to 5 days for Express, 7 to 14 for Standard.
  • Other international destinations: 5 to 7 days for Express, 7 to 14 for Standard.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes based on local regulations. These fees are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I find the right size?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure to contact us before sending your item back, as returns without prior request cannot be accepted.

Do you accept exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a new size or style is to return your original item, then place a new order once your return has been approved.

Some custom, personalised, sale, or limited-edition pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unsure, our team will be happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at return@zyphor.io right away and we’ll make it right.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs vary by region:

  • United Kingdom: Free returns within 30 days.
  • Europe & selected international locations: Free returns within 7 days of delivery. A £4.99 return fee applies after 7 days, up to 30 days.
  • Other international countries: £7.99 return fee within 30 days of delivery.

For eligible regions with free returns, Zyphor covers the shipping cost.

For other locations or returns made outside the free-return period, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct the applicable return fee from your refund.

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment options shown at checkout.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been received and approved. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After your return is approved, refunds are usually processed within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the funds back to your account.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at return@zyphor.io and we’ll be happy to assist.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find the right size?

Our size guide walks you through it step by step. All you need is a piece of paper and a ruler to measure your foot length, then check our chart for the right size.

Are your shoes available in half sizes?

All Zyphor shoes are available in sizes ranging from 23 cm to 30.5 cm in foot length.

Do Zyphor's shoes run large or small?

Our slippers have a slightly roomier fit compared to standard shoes. If you normally wear two close sizes, we suggest choosing the smaller one.

What should I do if the shoes don’t fit properly?

Returns are eligible if the product meets the return conditions.

What materials are used in Zyphor shoes? Are they sustainable?

We use our patented ELASTO material, a 100% recyclable, non-toxic TPU Elastomer that’s bio-based and vegan. Our focus on eco-friendly materials helps reduce carbon emissions and minimise waste, making our shoes as sustainable as they are stylish.

Returned shoes can always be recycled to become TPU Elastomer materials again.
